IntelliThaw^® PV200 Freeze Prevention System

engenity, LLC, has developed a line of freeze-prevention heating jackets for Mann+Hummel's ProVent^® 200 crankcase ventilation filter. When mounted in exposed locations, ProVent filters are susceptible to freezing and gelling of the fluids within. 

The IntelliThaw PV200 is an all-in-one, easy-to-install solution to this problem. The IntelliThaw PV200 completely encloses the filter, and can safely raise its interior temperature from −50°C to 10°C (−58°F to 50°F) in only 5 minutes, using only power from the engine battery.
